**Affiliate Program Terms of Service**
1. **Agreement:** By enrolling in the Card-Coats.com Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. **Eligibility:** To participate in the affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old. Card Coats reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
3. **Commission:** Affiliates will earn commission on eligible sales generated through their unique referral links. Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount after discounts and excluding taxes and shipping charges.
4. **Payment:** Commissions will be paid monthly via the selected payment method.
5. **Promotion:** Affiliates are encouraged to promote Card Coats through ethical and lawful means. This includes but is not limited to social media promotion, blog posts, and email marketing. Affiliates may not engage in any deceptive or misleading promotion tactics.
6. **Intellectual Property:** Affiliates may use Card Coats’ logos, banners, and promotional materials provided by Card Coats for the sole purpose of promoting our products. Affiliates may not alter or modify these materials without prior written consent.
7. **Termination:** Card Coats reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violating the terms of service or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Card Coats.
8. **Modification:** Card Coats reserves the right to modify the terms of service at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. **Governing Law:** These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Florida.
**Privacy Policy**
1. **Information Collection:** Card Coats may collect personal information from affiliates during the enrollment process, including but not limited to name, email address, and payment details. This information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the affiliate program.

Card Coats will not sell or disclose affiliates’ personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. **Data Security:** Card Coats takes reasonable measures to safeguard affiliates’ personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and Card Coats cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. **Retention:** Card Coats will retain affiliates’ personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
